Constipation during Ov?

Do any of you other ladies get constipated around/after ovulating?

I've googled but can't figure out why!!

Hi,

I don't normally but did this month. I also get it really bad during af so I just thought my body was of the view its not bad enough just during af but I should also suffer at ov too!

I have no idea if it means anything all I know its not fun!!
