Constantly worrying :(

I'm 6 weeks today... Time seems to have slowed down to a very annoying pace since I found out I was pregnant.. just want to get the first trimester over with so I can try and relax a bit! Its horrible lol
 
I worried through my first 12 weeks in my first pregnancy as didn't have any symptoms and I am worrying now lol

200mg a day of caffeine is the recommended.

The best decaf Tea I have found is PJ tips, it really good.

Its up to you what you do thought. I think a cup of tea is about 50mg (so it says on the coca cola website lol) so you can have 4, but then think about the other caffeine you have, like the diet coke etc.

I mainly drink tea and sugar free juice and water. I'm thinking 2 a day then decaf between
 
Very normal Hun. When I first found I was pregnant I was scared to move,
Literally. Scared to go to the toilet everything! I
Did calm down once I let myself get used to it but I still worry now, I think you always will to a certain extent x
 
I always check for bleeding every toilet visit... Which is a lot lol ... In fact I need to wee right now! (Again)
