Constantly ill... Will it affect my chances of conceiving?

Hey all,

Officially in my 2ww AGAIN...

Have been constantly ill for nearly 2 months with sores around my mouth, followed by tonsillitis that reappeared TWICE (!!!) and now have got what I think is the flu all this within the space of almost 2 months.

Just worrying, will it affect my chances of conceiving?
