I have no doubt that I'm not alone in this, but I'm finding myself constantly worrying about everything through this pregnancy. Last time I was fine until I had a bleed at 22 weeks, then spent a fortnight worrying before I finally relaxed; then I had a really difficult end to the pregnancy.

This time I've had aches and pains (caused by lifting my LO) and barely any movement until 20 weeks, which was worrying. Then I had a bit of brown discharge - again, worrying. Then on Friday I had my scan which showed everything was fine, but this morning I had the teeniest bit of pinky-orange discharge, which again freaked me out.

It doesn't seem to matter that I know the aches and pains were from lifting my LO and that the pinky-orange discharge must be from having an internal ultrasound on Friday and dtd yesterday. My baby's kicking away quite normally, but I still can't relax!!!!!!

I was like this too hun... its a constant worry...

just take a deep breath and relax... just concentrate on your little one. :)

I am also like this :( constant worrying over everything, it's awful :( the best thing we can do is relax!xxx

Yes, it's so hard though isn't it?! I've been trying to today, but I've had a guy come to lay laminate flooring in our hall, decorator coming back to see bits they missed (very frustrating, 3rd time back) and someone come to buy our car!!! Really just want to relax on my days off from work.

I keep wondering if I should take some relaxation classes or something...
