confused cycle

Please help im confused and new to this.

I feel AF coming im sure.....sooooooooo

I had my first proper AF on the 11th november last month (after taking pill for 15 years) and i have a funny feeling AF is foing to come tommorow.

Am i safe in saying that my cycle is 31 days?!?! I really want to try and get it right this month as last month i "assumed" it would be 28 days.

Help!!!!!!

Not many women actually have a 28 day cycle, some will be longer, whilst others will be shorter. Mine is 33 Days.

If you count the Day of AF as Day 1, your cycle is 32 days.
