Conception After Implanon

Hey! i have recently had my Implanon implant removed and was told fertility would return within 24hours.... i was wondering how long after removal have you girlies fallen pregnant?!?!?!?! awwww i want it to happen as soon as possible ... im so impatient! hehe

Hi, wondered if you had any update? I am planning to have the Implanon removed in the next few days and then trying again for my second child. I have been on Implanon for over 5 years and have not had periods during this time .....?
