Cold/flu

I'm like death warmed up
High temp, sore throat, head banging, feel complete s**t basically a cold type thing.
(Iv had my flu jab)
What can I actually take I know I can paracetamol but don't really like to.
What else is there? Any natural remedies? Xx

Honey, lemon and ginger in boiled water, lots of vitamin C (fresh fruit & veg).
