Council incentives usually fall into the follow categories:

Vouchers, cashback, subsidies or trials.

Phone your local council to find out if/what incentives they offer. Make sure you also post here for everyone else to reference

Grrrrr i used to live in county durham.
My council used to have a free nappy laundering scheme but they went out of business I care not! I am still going to continue with my cloth nappies xx

There is also a voucher that you can get friends to buy called a NapNap Voucher. It can be used in quite a few places now (nearly 20). So if your council isn't doing a scheme you can also get some help like that too.
