I've got two godsons 7 & 5. And instead of the stress of buying them a gift each (they get spoiled every year & have everything already) I'm going to make them up a little hamper. I kinda know what I'll put in (pokemon cards/mashems/lego mini figures as well as some sweet treats) but I don't know what to put them IN? I did want to try the paper mache giant kinder egg, has anyone been successful with one of these?

What else could I use that wouldn't cost more than the actual gifts.

You can get good sized white cardboard boxes with lids and metal accents in IKEA for 90p, I used them for bride hampers all the time the look great just tied with ribbon, just add tissue or wrap round cellophane x

Thanks! We don't have an IKEA nearest one is 100 miles away  so I'll check online. :) X

They used to do hampers at my sons old school and they used to just use cardboard boxes but wrap them in Christmas wrapping paper and then use cellophane and ribbon. Looked nice all wrapped up x
