Chin rash

Hi All

I was wondering if someone could help me?!

I have two patches of red dots on my chin - they seem to be under the skin and i dont know what they are - vthey dont hurt or itch or anything, it's just when i look in the mirror i can see they are there (and i feel like i look like i'm bloomin now so dont want anything to ruin it.)
