Hi ladies! 
Just curious of how you all handle child care. Is everyone here a stay at home mom or do you send your baby to Day Care or do you have a baby sitter. Which is better, a baby sitter or Day Care? I plan to stay on pregnancy leave till T.J. is 9 months old, then I was thinking me and OH can take care of T.J. in shifts. I work from 4:30 am to 1
0pm and OH works from 30pm to 11:30 pm. so I was thinking OH can take care of T.J. in the morning till I get home at 1:30pm then I can take care of him till bed time and put him to bed while OH is at work. Do you think that will work out? 
That way we can avoid Day Care and baby sitter. I don't know anything about Day Care of having a sitter since T.J. is my first baby.
