chesty cough

pls help!!
me and jac has been poorly 4 a week!! jack started to sound really chesty so i got him an emergency appointment yesterday! i too him 2 the docs and she said his chest was clear but bout 5 mins ago he coughed up loads of thick flemmy stuff!! does this soundlike its on his chest! OH woke me a 3 saying he thuoght jack sounded worse! shall i take him back to the docs!! he hasnt got a temp but is sleepy and irritable.

It could just be gunk that has run down the back of his nose into his throat that he has thrown up. I know that Jacob has done that many times when he's had a bad cold. However I had the same dilema the other day viewtopic.php?f=56&t=95652

Take him back to the GP if your worried hun Hope he's ok!

he does seem better after getting that up!!! ill keep an eye on him though xxxxx
