Just looking to see if this makes sense.... I had sex on june 7th. My period was due on june 14th but was late, so took a HPT when I was a week late on june 21st and it was faint positive. Took another one when i was 11 days late on june 25th and it showed positive. Today, i got very bad cramps and a really heavy period this morning. I had made an appointment to see the doctor today anyway, and explained what had happened. They did a urine test which came back negative, and did bloods which came back with very low hcg levels. The doctor was very good, and had the results within a few hours! So anyway, the doctor thinks it was a chemical pregnancy... is it normal to have a chemical pregnancy 3 weeks after conception? Thanks. Just getting my head around all of this.
