Usually Low and Firm is AF
Medium/high Soft and closed is usually a sign of BFP
And High Soft and open is around OV.
But everyone is different and they do say not to use CP as an indicator alone. However I am forever checking mine. But it is a good idea to track a couple of cycles so you get to know your body.
