How is best to monitor cervical mucus? Should I just be fumbling round up there? Or is there method to this sticky madness?

You can either use a clean finger to insert and feel your cervix and the mucus that's there or just check the toilet paper after you wipe x

Thank you! I'll try the finger, I struggle looking at the paper - unless it's really egg-whitish, it all looks the same!!

Use your fingers to touch it on the toilet paper, you'll soon learn the difference xx
