CD4, bad cramping right sude

I've taken SI's for last 5 cycles. Decided not to this cycle.
I'm CD4, really bad cramping on my right side, not like PP.
I've also come out in spots and very teary.
Is this because I haven't taken soy?

Did you know that soy can prevent conception?? It is particularly harmful if u have endometriosis.
Some say it's ok in small doses.
Be careful with the soy
