Has anyone got or had carpal tunnel syndrome ( pains in wrist) while pregnant? If so how did you cope with the pain?

Hey I've always had it but it got worse when pregnant. Only really took paracetamol and steeped my hand in warm water.

If possible it's even worse now I've had the baby :(

Just been told I have this too!!! Mine is mega uncomfortable in the feet and my thumb (on the hand I write with too! :-(). My therapist said it is due to the prolactin hormone und (sorry ladies) but if you are bf it will probably stay until we stop.............

Is there anything else you ladies do to help it? Sport? Yoga? Cold or hot treatments.............

Apparently a wrist splint is the best thing you can do to help this, I've not had it but a friend did x
