Can't access my old account

Hi,
I used to have an account on here, but every time I try to log in, it says the password is wrong.
I tried to send myself the "forgotten password" email a few times but nothing was sent. I also emailed admin.
I created this new account but would really like my old one back.
Can anybody help?
