Cankles!

As the title suggests- think it may be due to the hot weather but my ankles and feet are so swollen - anyone else suffering?

Soak ur socks in cold water then put them on... Feels great!
It's temporary but sooo good xx

Yes I have swollen feet and ankles - very attractive I must say !!!! lol x

The heat makes mine blow up like balloons. Another flattering part of pregnancy.

Omg mainly my left ankle is swollen, it's horrendous....not so much cankles, more like thankles!!!! x

I noticed the cankles have got me today .....
Looks like someone has inflated my ankles!! Not pretty.

Good tip about the socks, shall have to try that

this worries me slightly

I'm going to the Dominican Republic when I'm 6.5 months pregnant

I'm actually going to resemble a beached whale

If I pass out on the sand, I fear they wont be able to identify me as a human!!

Take some cooling spray hun hopefully will ease the swelling while ur aboard.
Ive bought cussons mum&me cooling spray, smells lush and instandly cools me down xx
