canapes

i have some prawns and some smoked salmon and some puff pastry... What sauce can i mix the prawns and salmon with? I have some seafood sauce and could make marie rose sauce for the prawns, but which would be nicer? Plus what should i put with the smoked salmon?
Any other ideas for canapes using puff pastry, but other fillings?

If you cook off wee squares or circles of the pastry on their own, let them cool off. Top them with some cream cheese like philly and then a bit of smoked salmon. Then maybe a tiny bit of black pepper or capers on top. I hate all fish but OH likes things like that.
