Can you cook mince from frozen?

i cook it from frozen all the time - just bung it in a frying pan and break it all up so that it cooks through

I usually whizz mine in the micro to defrost it quickly and then fry it off

i guess as longas you cook it through well, personally i have always defrosted it though pre cooking

i would only cook it from frozen if thats how i brought it from the freezer section, otherwise i would defrost it first.
