i dont get what it means tho

i can guess its a ttc thing so dont tell me "its ttc" lol! i want details!

On fertility friend you can chart your monthly cycle by taking you basel body temp everyday and plan it on a chart. It can then give you a fairly accurate time as to when you are ovulating, therefore making sure you know when to have intercourse to higher your chance of falling pregnant.

I did a bit of charting before i fell pregnant, as it took me nine months to fall pregnant.

think it might well be the temperature chart things....
take the temp. whne you wake up before you do anything...when your temp starts to go up, your due to ovulate soon, when it reaches the peak you have ovulated, then it keeps going down again....
Not sure but either it goes up at the end again if your pregnant or if period is gonna come... dont do it personally but will be next month if im not lucky this month

Sorry forgot to add there are temp changes within your body which can indicate when you have ovulated or not.
