It's just I've seen in people's blinkies who are "Symptom Spotters AA"... what on Earth does this stand for? I can understand "Symptom Spotters Anonymous" but that would be a single A?

AA makes me think of Alcoholics Anonymous.

So someone, please put me out of my misery... what DOES the other A stand for?

The back story is that someone started a 'Symptom Spotters AA' thread b/c everyone was saying that there should be a Symptom Spotters version of AA, so Shaunie Louise made the blinkie. The other A will, I suppose in this instance, stand for Alcoholics.
