Use cows milk in my 6 months old Cereal? Or do I haw to use expressed breast
Milk? Ie been using cows milk but my mum told me I shouldn't before 1...

I used cows milk in cereal from weaning, I don't think it matters as long as they are having breastmilk/formula as their main drink and there are no milk allergies xxx

I started Jack when he was 6.5 months only because at 6 months I bombarded him with so many new flavours (meat/fish/dairy etc) that I thought i'd wait a bit before trying cows milk in his formula. He's been absolutely fine. x

You can use cows milk in food and cereal etc from 6 months but just not as a main drink until 1 year x
