Can I take Lemsip?

Got a tinking cold, started on Christmas Eve and I dont normally suffer from most illness let alone a cold.

I thought the only thing I could take was paracetamol but just read another thread recommending lemsip, is this ok to take?

Just answered my own question, found this on a lemsip website under the FAQ
