Can I take Kalms?

Hey ladies, having a really anxious night. Have had a bath, DH has tried giving me a massage. Does anyone know if Kalms are safe to take?

Thanks ladies, I didn't sleep great last night. I'm feeling better today, can't really identify cause of anxiety yesterday unless it was to do with the b'maid dresses which I was discussing in my journal x

Most I can find is 'safe for all the family' online, there is an alcohol free version, though the 2-4 squirts obviously contains very little of the solution.

As far as I know, it's homeopathic, so, very diluted down quantities of the flower essences.

I keep trying to look up more, maybe I should read the packet lol
