Can having a cold affect AF?

Hello again,
Just wondering if having a cold can affect your period? Im officially 1 day late and no AF yet. Had a BFN yesterday but havnt tested today yet .I started coming down with a runny and stuffy nose 2 days before AF was due

Not sure about a cold but worry and stress can delay af so I wouldn't be surprised. But I'm no expert I don't know!
