help please i want to do mainly green days cuz i love past etc. but im stuck 4 ideas 4 meals please anybody able to help ?

Serve on top of Spaghetti. Sprinkle some A choice cheese if you want. I had it last night, very yummy! I make a big batch and freeze portions and then just cook some pasta when I want it.
