Butterflies nervous/excited feeling

Anyone experienced this around 31 weeks? had them since i woke up and i know im not excited or nervous about anything x

Can't say that I have to be honest. Do you actually feel 'excited' or is it just butterflies in your tummy? If it's just butterflies then I'd assume its LO's light fluttery movements

I actually felt excited lol, it was really weird. im putting it down to the welsh rugby match i was watching lol x
