oh its awful i dont no what to do with my boobs! there rock hard and my nipple actully feel on fire! aghh x

Oh honey boob pain is horrible 
I can sympathise wholeheartedly, mine tend to feel like someone has put them in a vice.
The only way I have found to relief it is to walk around with no top and bra on

I get this really badly. I was in tears the other day. I thought at first it was because inwas cold ( that does seem to kick start the pain) but it is like someone holding a match at my nipples. It's seriously putting me off even trying to breast feed if this could be what the pain is like. I couldn't take it everyday.
