Any recommendations please? This is my 3rd and I've been ok my last 2 pregnancies but it's very uncomfy and painful to walk even up the road- feels like bump is pulling away from me. I've got another 13 weeks to go !! Thanks in advance!
I use my Secret Saviours band every single day and it is the only thing that has helped with my back ache, with supporting bump and even reducing swelling and water retention in my lower stomach! The bump on it's own is £29.99, I don't think the cream/gel are necessary personally!
