Broken toe!

Hubby seems to have broken his toe! He stubbed it last night and its literally turned black.

He's not bothered with A&E and he's taped it up. Is taking painkillers and managing to walk ok(ish)

We are going on holiday to northern ireland on Friday ... Anything we can do to speed up his recovery or make him more comfortable?

We are supposed to be visiting the giants causeway but I think that will be out now!

Don't think so. I reckon I broke my little toe about 5 weeks ago. It was agony for the first week but then was painful and really achey but could walk on it okish, very slowly and had to be careful what shows I wore
I felt my pace getting faster around 3.5/4 weeks in

I also used the ibuprofen gel as a painkiller
