Does anyone have any tips for getting my lazy boy to turn over please? I will be induced at 39 weeks due to high BP and pregnancy diabetes so I am really starting to run out of time

there is hope! millie didnt turn until i was over 36 weeks!

erm, sleep on ur left side. sit up STRAIGHT with knees below hip level, leaning slightly forward if possible (i know, this sucks its not comfy!). bounce on birth ball. another thing i did was the superstitious "willing" her to turn  well there's no proof it wasnt that which did it! 'tis worth a try

lots of luck! hav they offered ECV if all else fails would u try that? i was told i'd be offered ECV or c-section

 hope ur baby turns! x

Thanks trix unfortunately as his head is so high I have to sleep practically sitting up or on my right side with about 4 pillows or the heartburn gets so bad I start throwing up! I have been sitting leaning forward for weeks and will continue to do so. I am so worried about the risk of a c-section I want someone to wave a magic wand lol have a scan and consultant appt monday so will find out about ecv then don't know if my pct offer it

Have you considered moxibustion? It's a chinese remedy specifically supposed to help turn breech babies which is sucessful in about 80% of cases apparently. A local acupuncturist might be your first port of call. Or, you could ask your midwife if she recommends anyone as most of the prectioners round my area are ex=midwives.

Worth a go.
