breast tenderness

It is almost time for me to give birth I'm less then a month a way and for the past week or so my breast have been very very tender. When I don't wear a bra it hurts more. Also when I barely touch them or whatever they are very sore...Is this normal at this late in the pregnany cause all I've read was that it was normal and it is a sign of pregnancy but I'm well into my pregnany so I was wondering if it was normal or not....Also my nipples and the area around my nipples itch a lot too is that also normal? Do anyone of you have these problems? If so what do you do about it?? Thanks so much...
