Breast feeding workshop today

At our antenatal sessions, they told us about a free breast feeding workshop/class with sure start, so I'm booked on to go today. I've watched a few tv progs and NHS dvd about breastfeeding and was quite surprised to learn that it's not always as easy as all that - mastitis, sore/ bleeding nipples, wrong positions etc.. so I want to be as clued up as possible.
Has anyone else been to a workshop / class? I love that these things are free!

Didnt wanna read and run ive never been to any of these hunni but gotta agree its all good to be prepared for everything if your bf and i would love the fact its free too! xx

Hey Hun I am planning on breastfeeding, but I haven't gone to any classes I am planning on gaining most of my info from the internet. I find youtube very useful for guides and information on many things, also there are tips etc if you google breastfeeding etc. Let us know how you go on and offer any useful tips ! xxxx
