Breast feeding and dry skin....

My skin seems so dry (all over)almost scaly - could this be BFing that is doing this?

It's a bit itchy too. Prob cos it's dry.

Not sure, but when breastfeeding you should keep your fluids up anyway, more so than normal.. try drinking more water? I don't have dry skin problem so my suggestion might be way off, but that's all I can think of.

I definitely think so - I've now got dry skin, dry eyes (wear contacts), dry mouth and definitely think its breastfeeding to blame.

Me too, my eyes are almost stuck together by the end of the day

Make sure you're drinking loads of water Beatles, breastfeeding can make you feel really dehydrated

u need extra water and extra nutrients as BFing drains them from u like ur pregnant. take a supplement? and ask for cream off the docs on scrip while its free!
