I believe it be a myth too, but I am expecting a girl and I am a spotty mess!
But I tend to break out anyhoo!

I'd say it's untrue however I suffered with spots and i'm having a girl. I do believe though it's just hormones. I don't believe any of the myths as to me that's what they are. I have friends who suffered worse than I did and had boys.
