braxton hicks!

    does anyone know if getting braxton hicks through out your pregnancy will make labour any easier???

    Everyone gets them throughout pregnancy it's just that you don't feel them till later on. I told my midwife that I thought I could feel BH and she went pale. She examined me said I shouldn't worry and that I shouldn't start to feel them for a good few weeks yet.

    They get really strong towards the end, not painful but they do take your breath away!!
