As it's my first baby I'm unsure as to what they feel like?

I've been having occasional tightening where my belly feels hard but Ive read it's like period pains

What do you all think?

Yep that sounds like a normal BH Bethany, they're not usually painful but can feel uncomfortable.. I didn't have any at all in my first pregnancy so don't stress too much about having them/not having them - you'll know when it's labour that's all that matters That definitely sounds like them though xxx
