Hi all just looking for some advice,

wen to the docs 3 days ago with cramps like my belly is wanting to stretch but its just not doing it, its hard to explain the feeling, anyway went to docs with the pains and he said its braxton hicks im having.
He told me to rest and take it easy because it could develope into premature labour. My last pregnancy lasted to 29 weeks so far im 22 weeks so i really hope i dont go into premature labour so early this time

Any advice on taking the pain away would be great

    take care all

    speak soon

    xx

    Hello :D

I get braxton hicks, and it feels the same for me. My midwife said, unless they are really painful you should worry! And you will be able to tell the difference between the contractions. Try not to worry yourself too much, just take it easy :)

    Wishing you all the best
    Lots of love xxx
