Hi all just looking for some advice,

wen to the docs 3 days ago with cramps like my belly is wanting to stretch but its just not doing it, its hard to explain the feeling, anyway went to docs with the pains and he said its braxton hicks im having.
He told me to rest and take it easy because it could develope into premature labour. My last pregnancy lasted to 29 weeks so far im 22 weeks so i really hope i dont go into premature labour so early this time

Any advice on taking the pain away would be great

    take care all

    speak soon

    xx

I have these pains and have had threatened premature labour stop twice now already. The honestly best thing you can do is rest as much as possible and take co-codomol 8/500 strentgh if the pain gets too much, It is safe to take 2 tablets 2 or 3 times a day if you need to. I try and have a warm bath too to help them, although I am having at least 2 baths a day at the moment!!

it is crap being told to 'just rest' and you do feel pretty helpless i know. But if you need a chat - I'm here. I know what you're going through xx
