I've had Braxton hicks for quite a few weeks now and getting more frequent and painful over the past couple of weeks.
In the last few days I have been getting a tightening in my back that lasts 30 seconds or so where my back throbs painfully and then it passes. It doesn't spread around the front at all.
Last scan I had baby was head down and her spine is on my right hand side so wondering if this is Braxton hicks you would get with back to back? Or not Braxton hicks at all?
