Boy or Girl???Ultrasound pics plz help!!

I recently had my 20 week u/s scan and told the tech we did NOT want to find out. Then, on my way home, I noticed one suspicious pic in the bunch and now I am driving myself mad trying to figure out what it means! Anyone care to guess for me?​
