I was only 10 weeks and my oh banned me from bowling, im going on a hen weekend next weekend n its a roller skating 80's thing and i cant do that either x
I can't see why not, you wouldn't be lifting any weight more than you would on a normal day, or is that just me
I guess it just depends on you and how you are feeling, if you are feeling fine then go and enjoy. More importantly remember to listen to your body whilst playing.
The only problem I can see is you're likely to pull muscles easier as the ligaments are softening but as for the weight I would thinkj a boqling ball is lighter than an average toddler and lots of pg mums have those
i went yesterday, just used a light ball and just bowled the ball from a standing position (without doing the running bit) to make sure i didnt fall on the slippery floor xxxxxx
