booking in appointment

I've got my booking in appointment on 12th October I've got my notes to fill out ready can anyone tell me what happens at this one and should my oh come?

In the ones I've had they go through the notes with you, discussing your health and any hereditary illnesses on yours out hubby' s side. I was weighed, blood pressure and urine sample and then they called through to book my scan. I never took hubby with me to any of mine.

My MW came to my house and asked me the questions and filled everything in. My Oh wasn't there. I didn't have bloods/weight/BP/urine checked at that stage. That was all done at my 12 week scan.

my friend went to her Surgery to have her notes done and they wouldn't let her Oh in while they were completing them.

I think each area differs though.
