Booking in advice

Hi girls

My midwife is coming to my house on Sunday for my booking in appointment. Just wondered what I should expect? For example will she organise my dating scan?? (getting desperate to see my bubba now!!)

Also, should I fill in as much of my form as I can or should I leave it for her?

Hi i filled in as much of my notes as i could and my midwife was grateful for that . she just went over my notes with me and we had a chat about what you can and can't eat etc and i had my blood pressure taken and that was it,i then had my appointment sent to me for my scan about a week later,good luck hun xx
