Weirdest thing happened me last night, was going to bed quite late when noticed my hands were blue! They looked awful, as if i had rubbed them with newspaper. they werent cold but felt abit achey/tingly. My mum also seen them & agreed they were blue, so odd. Today they are back to norm colour but feel heavy & achey from elbow down. Anyone experience this or know what caused it?
