Blood results

So I've been feeling crappy for a good few weeks now. Nearly collapsing, visual disturbances, pins and needles in my legs.
Anyway I've been to the hospital last week where I was refused bloods as it was an emergency appointment. Gradually I've been feeling worse as the weeks have gone on so decided to request a FBC from my doctors.
I had my bloods done at 9:50 and received a phone call from my doctors 20 mins ago to go have more done tomorrow urgently they've squoze me in as soon as I've seen the Midwife.
Something wrong with my thiamine and iron. What's thiamine? I'm worried now on why they're so concerned

Its vitamin B1, so are you low or high on that and iron did they say? Good luck with it x

Low on both.

My friend was low in B12 and iron and they gave her B12 injections, she felt much better afterwards xxx
