Bleeding a before period due

Hi there
Last night i visited the GP as l have all the symptoms of being pregnant. Sore boobs, tired, going to the loo and awful cramps for over a week and a half now. My period is due on Sunday. My doctor told me i more than likely pregnant. I had slight bleeding yesterday and he told me it could be the implanting but i am still having awful cramps today and there is blood again. I have never had my period early before but who knows. Can anyone help with advice on the bleeding. Know l have been to the doctor just not sure.

Hi Fi,

Glad you got on ok at the Dr's.

The bleeding sounds like implantation bleeding which can last for a few days, if it just light spotting type bleeding then thats probably what it is.

Did the Dr do blood tests or urine tests?? If so when will you know for sure???

I had implant bleeding with this current pregnancy (my 3rd) and my last pregnancy but not my first.

It lasted a few days was very slight and then went away again, and hey preto I was pregnant.
