Well AF showed 1 day early. I said I would try not to use supplements which have much effect on hormones after agnus castus gave me nasty PMS but this is now 21 months of trying and I am getting despondent. I have lots of black cohosh I have ordered and am wondering wether it would be worth trying from CD1 to positive OPK. Any experience or advice with this herb?

The only thing i know about it is it shouldnt be taken if you have a family history or breast cancer. It commonly used by women gojng through the change as it helps to balance the hormones x

Studies have shown BC can help if taken days 1-12 (the study was in ladies who were taking clomid, the ones in the BC group had a 140% improvement in pregnancy rates). I've taken it for two cycles alongside clomid but no joy so far. I've not got enough for my final clomid cycle so I'm now debating if I should buy more. Need to decide today in order to get it delivered in time!
